On seeing "Away We Go" by Easmanie Michel

Last night I saw Away We Go and truly loved it. Drawn to this movie, after seeing the poster a couple of weeks ago, my friend, who saw it with me, thought at times the dialogue was pseudo and to some extent I agree. However, the screenplay is very similar to Dave Eggers writings, which tend to explore life in a sartorial way. I left the theater feeling that Verona (Maya Rudolph) found the home she was looking for which happened to be the one she was running away from. And as cliché as that may sound the journey we take with her and Burt (John Krasinski) is worth it.
